Free Admission Policy for First-Time Parents
To support families embarking on parenthood for the very first time, we offer free admission to first-time parents/guardians visiting exclusively with their only child (aged 12 months or younger).
To ensure this program serves its intended purpose, we strictly enforce the following group limits:
No Older Children in the Visiting Group: To qualify for this specific program, the eligible adult(s) must be visiting only with their infant. If there are any older children present in your visiting party—regardless of whether they are siblings, cousins, nephews, nieces, or friends—the first-time parent discount does not apply, and standard admission is required.
Adult Discount Only: Because admission is already free for all infants 12 months and under, this program applies strictly to the eligible parents/guardians. Limit two parents per visit.
